Honda Europe need to keep their sales and technical staff up to date with new vehicle models and features. They have a proprietary learning system onto which we place vairous elearning courses.
Each vehicle has a unique selling point against its competitors. In liaison with Subject Matter Experts (SME) this aspect informs the creative approach for each vehicle's eLearning course. For example, Honda Jazz is 'One of the Family', Honda CR-Z is 'The Joy of Driving', and Insight is a 'Hybrid for Everyone'.
Having now completed 6 new vehicle launches since the first eLEarning initiative, the power of eLearning for Honda is now well established. The Learning Management System records all course activity across Europe and is seen as a proven tool to strengthen Honda sales.
